What roller should I use for my project?

For a spray-like finish, go with our 5mm Microfibre or 5mm Hybrid Mohair.

If you're repainting a wall, the 10mm Microfibre is your best bet.

For new walls or covering difficult colours, use our 10mm Dacron for maximum coverage.

We recommend contacting the store first, as not every stockist carries our full range.

Do you ship outside of New Zealand?

Yes, we do!

However, we recommend first checking if there’s a local store or online stockist in your country — supporting them helps local businesses, saves on shipping costs (and carbon footprint!), and usually means faster delivery.

If there’s no stockist in your area, we’re happy to ship your order directly from our New Zealand warehouse.

I can't see Fussy Filla listed to buy — can I order it?

Fussy Filla isn’t available for online purchase as we don’t ship it due to its weight.

We recommend chatting to your local store — if they're keen, they can get in touch with us to source it for you.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

If your parcel hasn’t been delivered within the expected timeframe, or tracking says it's delivered but you can't find it — don’t worry, we’re here to help!
